So in a clear Q.E.D. of Churchill's prophetic statement on the 'equal sharing of misery', the Wall Street Journal article titled "In New High, Spain's Jobless Rate Nears 23% " (source: http://hrng.us/yZgGJ0) also tells us that unemployment for those under 25 years of age is at 49.%. Yes, nearly half the people of Spain 25 and can not find a job!

Why?

Collectivized and stateist policies continue to wring jobs out of the Spanish economy by rigid regulations, mandating generous spiraling benefit payouts and high dismissal costs. And for many employers the high dismissal costs are the single greatest disincentive to hiring.  The dismissal cost is a penalty the employer must pay to discharge any employee. It penalty is set by the Worker's Charter  promulgated into law in 1980 and an 'unfair dismal' can equate to at least 42 months of Salary! The Worker's Charter board rarely decides with the employer for reasons for termination thus leaving the Employer - on the hook for indeterminate financial liability! The lesson here is that - the Spanish government has forgotten the real purpose of business and instead thinks that purpose is to give people jobs.

Regrettably this seems to be the model our own government is too willing to embrace.

The political economist Frederic Bastiat tried to warn us - over 160 years ago - in his work "The Law" that there would be those who would wish to plunder our persons, liberty and property AND limit our ability to protect & defend ourselves by supplanting  our natural rights with the laws of the their own aims. To affect this legal pillage, they would use (and change when necessary)the Laws of Government to allow the state to sanction common force against the individual . When the Government's common force is perverted, the individual's right to self-defense is set aside - set aside in favor of an another more preferred or favored group.

Now, it seems as if the radical Islamists and their willing dhimmis have taken a tactic from the plunderers playbook exposed in "The Law"-  to use Government force in favor of Islam at the expense of all other ideologies.  Yes, it is abundantly clear that according to the Koran, Islam is more than a theology it is a complex sociological and governmental life system whose ideology is incompatible with Western Civilization.

Just think how different our Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights would be if any of the above groups had help draft them? For that matter, think how much different (for the worse) the course of human history would be if Communists, Socialists,Nazis, Hezbollah had been the founders of our Republic!

To the extent that the #occupywallstreet, #ows (Occupy Wall Street) is a grass roots, spontaneously occurring series of events; I'm wondering what did does Van Jones know and when did he know it when he said; "... I think everybody should hold on to their seats..." ? 

Protest that have "erupted" in over 1,500 cities worldwide (source) don't just happen! They are organized, they are planned, they are implemented.  The real question is: who are the planners & Financiers and who has the most to gain from this planned resistance and its ensuing chaos?/!  I guess I'm back to  what did van Jones know and when did he know it.

Sadly, this hasn't changed anything about the nature of the ideological war before the West and those that hate their enemies more than they love their own children.

So, now we know: - Osama was not wandering the desert on some latter day 'voyage...bound in shallows and in miseries..." He was NOT holed-up in some cave in 'Tora Bora'  or living in constant fear, or on the run with his ass, meager possessions and AK47!

Instead he is living in a million dollar villa in the suburbs (such as they are) on the outskirts of Islamabad!!!

Given Islam's propensity to build on conquered ground, I wonder if most Americans know that on Fridays - yes, Every Friday except national holidays that the United States Capitol Building becomes a mosque for Jumu'ah - Islamic Prayers? =:o  (hat tip Creeping Sharia)

I wonder too, if most Americans know that there is a "Crescent of Embrace"  memorial planned at the Shanksville,Pennsylvania crash site of Flight 93? So in Shanksville, a memorial is being constructed, but, like the Ground Zero Mosque it honors the terrorists not the American heroes and victims of the attack.

 

One of my favorite movies is "Judgement At Nuremburg."  It's a true story based on the trials of Nazi war criminals after World War II.  If anyone doubts that evil exists in this world, watching this will quickly dispel those doubts. 

The images of thousands of corpses piled high in concentration camps in Germany and Poland leave a lingering image in the mind of anyone who has a soul.  It both frightens and angers you at the same time.  I found myself shaking with rage at the images of bloated bodies rotting in the sun.  You wonder how a nation could stand by as millions of innocent men, women and children of all ages could be systematically eradicated.  It is beyond human comprehension.

That's why we cannot forget it.  Decent people, who are incapable of this kind of barbarity, cannot comprehend genocide.  So they refuse to believe that anyone is capable of it.   Hitler outlined his plans to exterminate Jews in his book Mein Kampf, in his speeches and in his actions, yet the world chose to ignore him.  The current president of Iran says he will blow Israel off the face of the map; Hamas' charter calls for the destruction of Israel and the extermination of ALL Jews.  And the world chooses to ignore it. 

The state of Israel is alone.  Its population of 6 million is less than one-tenth that of its Arab neighbors.  It's surrounded by enemies on all sides, Europe has condemned her and now it's staunchest supporter, America, has abandoned her.  The Obama administration, either through its naivete or intentions, has just made war in the Middle East more imminent.  America's weakness emboldens the enemies of Israel to provoke the Jewish state, then cry foul when Israel defends herself.  The corrupt United Nations does nothing but introduce resolutions that chastise Israel and gives legitimacy to terrorists and those that support them.

North Korea killed 46 South Korean sailors in an unprovoked submarine attack weeks ago and the UN has said nothing pending an "investigation."  Israel tries to stop weapons from coming into Gaza by blockading its shores, kills 9 "peace activists"  who just happened to be beating and stabbing Israeli soldiers and every nation in the UN signs a resolution condemning her; within just 24 hours after the incident.  It didn't call for an investigation; it didn't watch the video tape; it just found Israel guilty as charged.  As Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu later said, "Israel is guilty until proven guilty."  So much for the impartiality of the United Nations.

Elections have consequences.  Unfortunately, for Israel, our elections affect her too.  American Jews, who voted overwhelmingly for Barack Hussein Obama; who financed his campaign with untold millions of dollars would do well to remember that this administration has not proved a friend of freedom.  It kept its support from the students in Iran protesting the sham elections; it abandoned the principles of constitutional law in Honduras when it condemned the LEGAL ouster of a Hugo Chavez clone intent on becoming a dictator and now it denies Israel the right to defend itself.

The Final Final Solution has been in the works for a long time.  As long as America remained steadfast in its support of Israel, the wolves were kept at bay. 

No longer.  The Final Final Solution is coming soon, but not to a theater near you.  It's not a movie this time.  It's real life......and death. 

What will history say about us after another Holocaust?
