Barack Hussein Obama's father was a Muslim.  His step-father was Muslim and President Dude attended Muslim schools in Indonesia where he lived with mommie dearest and her second beau.  However the prevaricator-in-chief claims to never have been a Muslim.  Strange that he would then claim that the sound of the Islamic call to prayers was "one of the prettiest sounds on earth."  This from an interview with then-Senator Obama in the NY Times (not exactly the bastion of conservatism:) 

"I was a little Jakarta street kid," he said in a wide-ranging interview in his office [...]. He once got in trouble for making faces during Koran study classes in his elementary school, but a president is less likely to stereotype Muslims as fanatics -- and more likely to be aware of their nationalism -- if he once studied the Koran with them.

Mr. Obama recalled the opening lines of the Arabic call to prayer, reciting them with a first-rate accent. In a remark that seemed delightfully uncalculated (it'll give Alabama voters heart attacks), Mr. Obama described the call to prayer as "one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset."

According to sharia (Islamic Law) and the prophet and pedophile Muhammed, there are two types of apostates.

The first type is murtad milli, one who converted to Islam and later renounced the faith. The second, and most egregious, type is murtad fitri. It refers to a person born of a Muslim father who renounces his birthright. Two recent examples of the latter are Magdi Allam (a male Egyptian who converted to Catholicism in Italy) and Ayaan Hirsi Ali (Somali-born woman who's now an atheist). Both now face death threats. According to Islamic jurisprudence, children of a Muslim father - even an apparently nonpracticing one, such as Obama's father, and irrespective of the mother's faith - are automatically Muslims. Most Muslims around the world agree: A child of a Muslim father is a Muslim. Period.

Most Muslim clerics agree that apostates must be killed.  They make no bones about it either.  They have issued many fatwas against those who convert to Christianity from the religion of peace.

So why hasn't any devout Muslim tried to kill Obama?  Taqiyya (found in sharia law): Refers to permissible lying in Islam. Taqiyya is generally allowable if it is done for the purpose of masking a Muslim's identity as such, or in waging conflict with an enemy. The aim is to mislead the enemy about the true nature, goals, or strength of Islam.

So, again, why hasn't any devout Muslim tried to kill Obama?

I'm just askin'.

An Austrian appellate court has upheld the conviction of Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff, a Viennese housewife and anti-Jihad activist, for "denigrating religious beliefs" after giving a series of seminars about the dangers of radical Islam.

The December 20 ruling shows that while Judaism and Christianity can be disparaged with impunity in postmodern multicultural Austria, speaking the truth about Islam is subject to swift and hefty legal penalties.

Although the case has major implications for freedom of speech in Austria, as well as in Europe as a whole, it has received virtually no press coverage in the American mainstream media.
