Well, apparently the Democrat
Canto known as "Hope and Change" is also another name for "Seek and Destroy"!
Yes, politics is a big boy/girl
game and yes, we are in a battle for ideas, and yes those that play the game
expect to find the field competitive. That being said, where is the line that
you don't cross?
As Nixon's 'Plumbers' were
excoriated by the press, vilified by the public and convicted by the courts,
wouldn't we expect the same for any like behavior today? Or, because we now live
in a Post Modern Society, any thing, short of out right illegality is
permissible? Oh wait: we now live in a nation were law breaker legislators can
change the rule of law to suit their whim thus making any manner of actions
legal or illegal.
So
today we learn that the web site for the National Tax Day Tea Party has been besieged by a "Denial of Service" (DoS)
attack effectively shutting it down.source
This has not
only the chilling affect of stifling dissent, it is another salvo in the
ongoing war between right and wrong, good
and evil, free market and communism. It
is interesting to note that the attack were initiated form both domestic and foreign sources.
Without getting too geeky
about this, suffice to say that a DoS attack is an attempt to make a computer resource unavailable for its intended
users. While DoS attacks are a common part of an on going cyber war that
include rouge regimes, terrorists and cyber criminals, the DoS attack on the conservative
Tea Party site can only speak to effectiveness of the Anti Tax message. It
should be mentioned that DoS Attacks are not only considered 'bad form' it is
against the Internet Architecture Board "proper use" policy AND against laws of
most individual nations. (Demonstrating
once again that criminals, terrorists and bad guys don't obey the law.)
As, the political battle for
the heart and soul of our country extends to the digital turf, we now have cyber-
thugs working for "Dear Leader Reader" seeking to demoralize
conservatives by employing an iniquitous strategy of lies, deception and
disinformation in newsgroups, social media, blog sites, twitter streams and even
the mainstream media. Source
Another popular ploy is to
'troll' news, blog and social media sites as a wolf in sheep's clothing,
pretending to be a conservative all the while spewing the vilest of deceit
cloaked in a supposed friendly voice. Or in actions even more heinous, trolling
online groups actually suggesting sedition, rebellion or outright over through
of the guv'ment all the while pretending to be a defender of liberty.
Now more than ever, it is prudent
to find those sources that are "without wax" and even there - reader beware.
For it is obvious "Hope and Change" really mean "Seek and Destroy". And, where
we used to live in America
the Beautiful, home of the brave, we are now being radically changed into America the Stainedhome of the Socialist.
Socialism and communism are the only way to utopia, right? The bigger the government, the better, right? The Big Lie started in 1917 when old Vlad Lenin got rid of the Russian Czar and family (and I mean GOT RID OF.) He then set up the first socialist worker's paradise. Of course that was after he shot all the teachers, lawyers and doctors (Hmm, come to think of it, that lawyer thing might not be a bad idea. But I digress.) So, let's see, we have had 92 years of evidence to prove how great socialism is.
In 1991, after nine decades of playing to SRO crowds worldwide, socialism finally failed in the mother of all socialist countries, The USSR. Lets' not forget the fact that under Papa Bear Josef Stalin, 40,000,000 of his fellow citizens were systematically starved to death, sent to Gulags where they died of every disease imaginable, or outright murdered in cold blood. Yes friends, just another day for the socialist in charge. But let's not let facts get in the way.
And how about that beautiful island called Cuba? Yeah, everyone is beating down the doors to get into that socialist paradise right? Maybe you should ask the 250,000 Cubans who fled there in the 70s on rafts, canoes, boats and anything that they could find that would float. Or the folks who had the misfortune to disagree with those quirky Castro brothers. Oops, can't do that--they're all dead. Oh, but they do have health care for everyone. Except I have to wonder why that Foxy Fidel had to fly in a doctor from Spain when he took ill? I guess the Cuban docs who treat ordinary Cubans were all busy that day helping the proletariat. Yeah, that's the ticket.
Now, now, let's not forget North Korea. That shining star in the history of socialism. Oh, how every country should have a Dear Leader like they do (sorry, I forgot, we do now!) Maybe we could all have a per capita income of $706 like the commies up north do. Unfortunately though, we would all be living in caves like Bin Laden. But what the hell, at least we would all be equal in our misery. And isn't that what it's all about anyway-sharing the wealth? I do have to wonder though if the braintrust in Washington will live like we do. Of course they will. They can feel our pain, right?
Shame on those capitalist pigs in South Korea too. Who do they think they are; those industrious slanted-eyed little yellow workers earning 13 times as much as their cousins up north. A pox on them!
Where have you gone Joey Stalin, our nation turns its outstretched arms to you, Boo hoo hoo (apologies to Paul Simon.) Somehow, I'll bet he could fix those pesky South Koreans real quick.
The former president of Estonia (a former non-voluntary member of The Union of Soviet SOCIALIST Republics,), Matt Laar, made the following statement, quote: "In 1939 it was hard to find two more similar countries as Finland and Estonia. They are very similar in language, culture and living standards. Our economies were more or less the same. Then in 1940 Estonia was occupied by the Soviet Union and Finland successfully protected its independence.
So now what does it look like at the end of a 50-year period of communism in Estonia and relative freedom in Finland? Well, the countries were almost identical before one went communist. There are over 5 million people in Finland, now less than 2 million in Estonia. The average female in Finland lived almost five years longer. The average male in Finland lived more than seven years longer. Estonia's infant mortality rate was four times that of Finland. Finland's GDP was almost nine times that of Estonia. GDP per capita was three times as high in Finland. And in Estonia there were only 25 telephones for every 100 people, less than half the amount in Finland."
Now I know historical facts are hard for libs to get a handle on unless it's being taught in government schools, but since Estonia freed up their economy, it is now rated as the 12th most economically free country in the world. Since then they have averaged 6% GDP growth per year. That average is higher than our growth rates during the dot-com boom of the 1990s and is just blowing away our current economic condition.
So the next time our leaders tell us that liberalism will save us (they will never call it socialism, that's too scary) point their noses at Estonia. Then point your middle finger at them.
Socialism has never worked anywhere. But socialism will work here?
Just like a cancer, The Big Lie is alive and well and living among us. It's time for chemotherapy. If that doesn't work, we'll have to cut it out with a knife.
So when folks with
experience chime in and say ; "you should NOT do that" I typically try and at
the very least - listen!Often, because
of their familiarity with the subject, they can either reduce a steep learning
curve or help avoid painful consequences from resultant actions. In this case,
it's the latter.
And that's the way it is when
Czechoslovakian Prime Minister and E. U.
President Mirek Topolanek says, Obama plans are "a way to hell"! So that we
are clear: the E.U. - is yes, that EU -
the European Union.
Believe it or not, the
President of the EU - the EU that is the beloved institution of the Mainstream
Media and liberals everywhere - is cautioning the United States that Dear Leader's
Reader's stimulus package and financial
bailout "will undermine the stability of the global financial
market."Source
Now, when a leader of a
former communist country suggests that certain socialized economic plan might
not be the best way to go, we should listen and listen carefully. These former
communist countries have "pushed down the tall grass" of socialism and found it
wanting. In fact, they have clearly demonstrated to the world that collectivism fails - and fails every
time it's tried. Yet, either due to ignorance, simple stupidity or extreme
hubris our congressional leaders and POTUS TOTUS (teleprompter of the United States) seem
to be destined to repeat their failed excursions into communalism (communism) ,
social engineering and "obligated fairness".
So, a glimpse of Czechoslovakia's former Stalinization
can be like a crystal ball for our future. Here take peak and tell me where do you think
we are now:
Purging of faith from society
Abolition of private ownership
Strong Centralized Government
Complete government control of education
Outlawing of dissident
Single party rule
A heavy progressive or graduated income tax
Centralization of credit in the banks of the
state
Abolition of inheritance
Equal obligation of all to work -establishment
of industrial or agricultural armies
In our country the
revolution comes at the ballot box - be ready to vote these lying lawbreakers
out of office or be prepared to initiate
a ballot recall for those carrying the socialist banner.
We currently have the right
for "redress of grievances", we should exercise it!
"In
a government of laws, the existence of the government will be imperiled if it
fails to observe the law scrupulously. Our government is the potent, the
omnipresent teacher. For good or for ill, it teaches the whole
people by its example. Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a
lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law
unto himself; it invites anarchy."
Olmstead v. United States, 277 U.S. 438, 469-471.
No
bill of attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.
U.S. Constitution Section 1,
Article 9 clause 3
While much is being made of
the AIG bonuses, the fact that as a percentage of their bailout ration it's
statistically insignificant - something close to 900ths of 1 percent - nothing
is being made of the realsignificant event:
that the House of Representativeshas
violated their oath of office and the constitution by voting a 'bill of attainder' to impose a 90
percent tax on bonuses paid to recipients of federal bailout money. The main
target: the $165 million paid to some 400 people at American International
Group.
It is becoming obvious that
our very own electors have traded our nation of laws, for a nation of political
whims. Like treading quicksand, we as a nation are bound to sink into essence
of avarice, where sloth is rewarded and thepit fires of envy are stoke to feed the lust of overly proud politicians
eager to gluttonize taxpayers.
Those voting for this AIG
bonuses tax have violated the constitution and are at the very least criminals
and most they are traitors. They should be treated as such.Regrettably,
they will be hailed as champions of the down trodden. But, make no mistake, as weas a nation learned what the "Meaning of is- is", we too will learn from our government
that crime is contagious. For if our very lawmakers are lawbreakers - then what
of the rest of us!
So early
today, I get an email from a friend asking how to respond to a family member's
email requesting support for free universal health care.
the email
"Hi,
I sent the following short note to my US
Congressman and both US
Senators from [state of confusion]. I urge you to do the same.
Maybe we can get some action going.
"Congressman [Leghorn Foghorn],
We need free and universal National health care. It should be modeled
after the plans that Britain
and France
use. "
And
my reply went something like this:
Wow, it's
always tough when a member of our own family is off the reservation and
munching in - or mooching off - the neighbors garden. And absent
the fact that your kinsman probably hasn't spent much time receiving what
passes for healthcare from our friends 'across the pond', I'll proffer this:
Free
healthcare is neither free nor often care.
It's not free - somebody must
pay
frequently it's not even
health care, rather it's a purgatorial place where people WAIT for the
promise of care and to:
get better naturally
or die
If your
kinsman had a faith based world view he might remember that both the Old and
New Testaments suggest ways to handle the less fortunate and they are in this
order:
Familiar Duty
Church Oversight
Personal Charity
No where, does
it state in either the Old or New Testament that guv'ment or even César is
empowered force compulsory charity on us for our neighbor or on our neighbor
for us! And, in fact in the New Testament, it plainly states 'that he who
does not work should not eat'.
Absent a world
view that includes faith, then your options are only 1 or 3 above.
Unless of
course, you believe that society owns you rather than you own you!
If you believe
that society owns you, then it also owns your neighbor and therefore you both
can be compelled to give up that which is yours for the greater good. On the
other hand if you believe that you own yourself then it is amoral for society
to indenture you for your neighbors benefit.
Ask your
kinsman if he is moral man or an amoral man. For a man with morals he should be
able to follow the tread above and see that it is not the guv'ments
charge nor it's original intent to provide FREE universal healthcare for one at
the expense of another.
If his an amoral man he should be frog marched
into the public square to proclaim his intellectual and ethical infirmity to
which he will no doubt be greeted as 'fellow traveler' by the dumb masses also
demanding Universal Healthcare paid for by someone else!
Tugging at my 'heart TARP
Strings' Like some "B" movie plot, I can just hear the dialog now:
Gangster: "We gave you the money, see"
Banker: " Yea;... but, we didn't want the money and we didn't ask for
it"
Gangster: "Well, you took money - and now - you're gonna do what we
say - see?"
As the Chi-town political thugs
and fellow conspirators complete their beat-down mugging and final take over of
rival "family business" - Congress; their enforcer 'Big Labor' is out front
demanding that fellow wise guy T. Geithner "muzzle the companies if they won't muzzle
themselves"Source
Reviewing
TARP
is the Trouble Assets Relief Program, a Guv'ment program to help prop-up some
of the failing financial institutions with tax payer monies.
Big
Labor desperately wants to increase union membership. One certain way to do
this is through 'Card Check' - the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) as its also
known.Card Check, if passed, would
allow the union to come to any business and establish a union with NO SECRET BALLOT. All that has to be done is to get 50% of the
employees plus one person to be 'persuaded' into signing a petition for the
union and viola - the company is unionized!
Those two items are related
in this way:
Big Labor Union bosses are
pressuring their 'willing accomplice': Congress, to intimidate TARP recipient
businesses by compelling silence on the Card Check legislation.
While topics for another
discussion: -the efficacy of big labor
(E.G. Detroit
auto makers) and the once sacrosanct right of all American's 'the secret Ballot';
- it's evidently clear that "Hope and
Change" also stand for Extortion and Coercion.
This is a dark, dangerous,
purgatorial place, where the interests of Big Government and Big Labor intersect to
collude and conspire against the all Americans via their ongoing War on
Business.
For "The Business of America -
is Business!" If you kill business - you kill America.
It's real name is H.R. 1106: Helping Families
Save Their Homes Act of 2009.
This bill as passed by the
House of Representatives allows a Judge to modify the rights of claim holders with
respect to a claim for a loan originated before the effective date of this Act
and secured by a security interest in the debtor's principal residence that is
the subject of a foreclosure notice.
In other words, a judge can
change the terms of the contract.
Aside from the 'Moral
Hazard' implied by the idea that some in
the 'entitlement class' are due a home for free, and ensuring that home prices
will be higher, much higher for everyone else; CramDown screams:
The 'Rule
of Law' is NO MORE!
And in its place is
the arbitrary and capricious want of man.
In the United States of America
the 'Rule of Law' exists no longer.
In our post modern culture,
aside from removing God from the underpinnings of our society, destroying the
rule of law will have the single most deleterious affect we've ever known. For now, we are all cast into a legal
underworld of vagaries where you are no longer bound by social mores, your own
good word or even a legal contract. Instead, you are bound by whatever a judge decides.
"Whatever", that vacuous anthem of apathy of the new po-mo
generation will soon to visit some manner of fresh hell to us all as mechanism
of business degenerate into a seething morass of confusion, legal
confrontations and pitch battles over what was once clearly recognized as right
and wrong!
The
harpies of hell get a 2fer: more social confusion and failing financial institutions
too.
You see, a scheme where Guv'ment
mandated risk, forces banks to loan to those who can't pay and obliges mortgage
interest rate suppression where the banks make less on the loans that they can
collect, is a recipe for failure. Oh and a certain guarantee that the Freddie
Mac / Fannie Mae cycle of taxpayer theft continues thus indenturing more to the
Plantation of the Welfare State.
Like the serpent tempting us
with the promise of "the knowledge of good and evil", our Washington leaders hold out universal health
care as the 'apple' for our current economic woes. But, as the apple brought
ruin to paradise so too shall this. . .
This wicked seduction is
wrapped in a premise so delicious that - once whispered it is nearly impossible
to resist. It's the hot breath of avarice sighing to your heart that "you can live at
the expense of someone else".
Universal Health Care as all the other 'enticements of entitlement'
proffered by the state are just mere snares for the unwitting - to bind them to
a darker purpose: the purpose of enslavement.
As our founders believed, I
believe that our rights are granted to us NEITHER by government charter NOR by,
the devious schemes of man.Instead our
rights are unalienable and granted to us by our
Creator.
But, there are many who are
purposefully perverting our natural God given rights into the false promise of
something less. Rather than liberty they offer dependence, rather personal
responsibility they offer blame, rather than the pursuit of happiness they
offer empty diversion. Under the guise of fairness they offer injustice. For
misery spread to all, is fair misery indeed.
America was not founded on the principals of covetousness,
envy, hate or sloth; But, now there are many who would wantonly transform us to
a society based on those deadly sins for their own purposes of:acquiring, aggregating, keeping and expanding
power.
As I riffed yesterday, from
every direction, new code words are entering our main stream lexicon of speech
and thought.
Some of these new words like
- Social Justice are re-forged in
the smithy of old Marxist ideas. They then appear in use by leftist fringe
groups at the farther regions of society, and then gather standing in more
accepted company. Once these code words get bubbled up into the zeitgeist of
the neo-intelligentsia they are foisted onto an unsuspecting public byjournalist and news readers so eager for
acceptance by the 'cool kids' that they regurgitate them without full understanding
of their meaning or the implications of their consequences.
Like
the great Ronaldus Maximus said :
"A Communist is someone who reads Marx and
Engels
An Anticommunist is some who understands Marx
and Engels."
Occasionally these code
words bubble up in to social policy or even codified into law, either by a Conspiracy of Stupidity or by
deliberate and shameless action by those who are hostile to our current -
albeit tenuous - beloved republic.
In typical Orwellian
newspeak fashion, the main purpose of these code words is to hide their true
meaning behind something palatable to those listening in a 15 second sound bite.
But Make no Mistake:
Social Justice in the current common vernacular meansempowering the government to seize the
assets of affluent Americans and distribute them to the less well off!
The next assault on America will
come from within, by our own legislators seeking to radically transform
America and our unique American Dream from thefreedom that allows all citizens
and residents to pursue their goals in life through hard work and free choice -to government dependence, bureaucratic mandates and the pursuit of state
goals. All this, in the name of fairness and social justice while attempting to guarantee the fairness
of outcome rather than the equality opportunity!
The Communists are coming
and their rapacious appetite for your hard earned fruits can not be not be
slaked.Be Ready.
I've
been wondering what's really been 'going on' for the last several months. especially since
the election? Really been wondering, how could we've gone from "Hope and
Change" to Communism and Confiscation in
so short a time? Well it's not by
accident.
The War on
Wealth continues, with a proposal for a GLOBAL New Deal.
Confiscating
the baser nature of Roosevelt's depression era
propaganda, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and our own Dear Leader collude
on a ponzi scheme of global proportions to require public spending on a huge
world-wide scale. Again under the seemingly benevolent call of Common
Sacrifice, Brown and Obama are calling for "Universal Action to prevent the
crisis from spreading"
For those
know their history, you might remember that FDR's 'New Deal' turned the US recession
into a depression that lasted into World War II.
Really, the
only thing that will actually stimulate the world wide economy, and this is
true for our own as well, is to stop punishing job creators by LOWERING NOT RAISING tax rates.
Even
those that subscribe to Keynesian economic theory understand when you want less
of something - you tax it. Taxes are indeed a hindrance on every aspect of
commerce and our lives. Moreover confiscatory taxes reward no-one but the bureaucrats and politicians
who have done NOTHING to earn the money except to convince us that we need
their interference in our day to day lives. And to ad salt to the wound they
use the money that they confiscate from the working class to buy votes from the
beggar class all in an effort to keep their derrieres in office and provide
'make work' for their minions.
I'm not an
anarchist, we indeed do need limited government to provide for the common
defense, ensure domestic tranquilityand
secure the Blessing of Liberty.
But, we sure don't need guv'ment to "make sure the trains run on time" build
bridges to nowhere, protect a field mouse at the expense of the private
property owner. And certainly, we DO NOT need that same inanity or insanity multiplied a hundred
fold and spread globally at our own expense.
Fear
mongering or Panic mongering today is
a carnival con and simply an attempt to use crisis to separate you from your
money.
And so it
begins, under the seemingly benevolent rallying cry of "Common Sacrifice" worthy
of Orwell's "newspeak" we are all called to the laudable goal of "Saving our
Republic" by the fallacious notion of "universal forfeiture".
What is less
clear is how someone who may be forced to "sacrifice" and sacrifice big - under the obviously soon to be pending tax
hikes, will be able to reconcile the fact that others have sacrificed nothing.
Moreover
how does the notion of 'common sacrifice' work when you find that you have been
required to give up 85, 90 or 95 percent of your income - as many are now projecting - only to
find that what you have been forced to sacrifice has actually been given to
someone else? Not only are others not sacrificing they are being rewarded at
your expense. You are punished, others are benefiting and you have the odious
requirement to pay for that reward.
On the face
of it, "Common Sacrifice" should be a system where everybody pays the same
amount! So I propose that the sacrifice should be equal to the least amount
that we all CAN pay. If we have some that can pay nothing, then ALL SHOULD PAY
NOTHING.
Anything
less is not common sacrifice, instead it is guv'ment sanctioned, legalized
financial cannibalism where one group is allowed - nay, encouraged to prey upon
another group.
The latest
salvo in the War on Wealth has been launched by the socialists with the American Tax Payer as the
target. In the inimitable words of the counterculture comix "The Fabulous
Furry Freak Brothers; "When the revolution comes, where, will you be?"
The
question you must ask yourself is: "am I to be a target?"
Soon you will have to decide?
